First Day of Classes and Workouts

Classes have started and the school year is rolling. While the freshmen find their classes and become acclomated to the college life the upperclassemen eagerly get out of bed grab their bags and get to class! We had our freshmen post do their first individual workouts today and we are so excited about what we saw! Life is good in a Laker uniform. Thursday we will start our conditioning with our times 1.5 mile...which the girls can hardly wait for! The Laker Pride and Tradition meeting is tommorow...it will be fun for the freshmen to become a part of the traditon.
